Arnold N. Gordon-Bray
Brigadier General Arnold N. Gordon-Bray, USA (Ret.) completed over three decades of service in the United States Army, including spearheading the 2nd Brigade Task Force of the 82nd Airborne Division into Iraq in 2003. He culminated his career as the Deputy Director of Operations for the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM) in 2013.

Paul Cheeks
Beginning his career manufacturing solid tantalum capacitors with the Kemet division of Union Carbide, Paul acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience. While at General Electric, Paul lead R&D and mass production of multiple capacitors lines. Paul then pivoted from manufacturing to international development and travelled all over the world.

Jesse Battle
Jesse Battle, a four generation resident of St Petersburg, Florida, a Navy Submarine Veteran, and professional entrepreneur in the General Contracting and Real Estate industries brings a wealth of knowledge and business acumen to the table. Jesse excels at customer service, service-driven leadership, and fostering significant contributions to both the commercial and residential electrical energy industries.

Marshall Edwards
Marshall L. Edwards is Director and VP of Strategic Development for PowerBridge Holdings, CEO of Smarter Life International LLC, a principal with Innovative Buildings, and sits on the Founders Board of the Guilford Technical Institute. He is also on the Founders Board of Next Generation Academy, the first school is the US to implement all 10 modules of Woz Ed, the curriculum developed by Steve Wozniack for K-12. He holds a Board of Directors position with EcoFuel Technologies Inc., a system that converts waste plastics to diesel fuel.

Peter Davey
Peter Davey, Chief Operations Officer of PowerBridge Holdings, started his manufacturing career in Shanghai, China producing telecommunications equipment and medical devices. Leveraging his Chinese skills, Peter started from the bottom of the ladder and worked his way up from line supervisor to business unit manager. After working in China and Malaysia, Peter moved back to the United States to lead medical device design collaborations between Original Equipment Manufacturers, Industrial designers, and design engineers.

Richard Crittendon
Richard L. “Dick” Crittenden, PowerBridge Holdings V.P. of Construction and Development, is a second generation general contractor and developer. Dick has a extensive background in the wood, cement, quarry, chemical, natural gas, and renewable energy industries.
Dick’s versatile contracting and developing expertise include the construction of prisons, hospitals, municipal water and wastewater plants, commercial properties, roads, bridges, and various manufacturing plants, which produce cellulosic ethanol.

Yudel Sanchez
Yudel Sanchez brings a long history of Direct Sales and Marketing background.Working in Broadband Communications and Owner/Operator in cellular market,Yudel understands the importance of open communication and building relationships. Yudel leads by example through open and transparent communication allowing multiple technological teams to collaborate efficiently. Yudel's creative wisdom helps PowerBridge Holdings serve as a global vehicle for positive impact.

Greg Hairston is a seasoned health care, material sciences, and technology executive with an esoteric approach to development and application to balance strategic decisions with financial discipline. Greg is an engaging communicator and relationship builder with expertise in organizational planning, multimillion-dollar capital projects, contract negotiations, team development, and increasing viability and visibility for growth.

Lina Mavaega
Lina Mavaega started her entrepreneur journey out in real estate and credit repair. Followed by health industry of senior and home care. Continuing in real estate and started flipping and rehabbing homes. Her passion than lead her into the non-profit field as a transitional houser for people coming out of prison, homelessness and addiction. In creating this housing program she created wrap around services for addiction therapy, getting people occupational licensing to transform their lives. In this program she was involved in local policy and government advocating for housing options, treatment and jobs. She serves as a public office of a commissioner in 2 commissions. Equal Rights Commission and Housing Homelessness, And Neighborhood Development. She’s helped in advocating for changes in infrastructure and opened a vocational center to assist people in registered apprenticeships program.
